I apologize for missing yesterday's illustrator spotlight, since it is now after midnight here on the west coast, but for today I shall present you with the wonderful Aaron Meshon. He is a fantastic NYC illustrator whose work has been featured in The New York Times, Food and Wine, and The Wall Street Journal, just to name a few. His shop will be opening soon, which will feature stationery, kid's products, and t-shirts. Wahoo!
